Ever After By Emily offers planning and coordination for a variety of celebrations, including bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, couples’ showers, milestone celebrations, retirement parties, work events, and weddings. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, I’m here to help bring your vision to life and make the experience feel personal, beautiful, and stress-free. 

Ever After By Emily is based in East Tennessee and proudly serves the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. I’m also happy to discuss events outside of my typical service area. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, so if you have a celebration in mind, reach out and I’d be happy to see how I can help! 

I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date and general vision in mind. Because Ever After By Emily intentionally accepts only one event per month, availability can be limited. This allows me to give each celebration the time, attention, and care it deserves rather than spreading myself too thin across multiple events.

Larger events and weddings are often booked several months in advance, while smaller celebrations may have more flexibility. That said, I understand that sometimes life happens and you may need help closer to your event date. If your celebration is coming up soon, don’t hesitate to reach out! If your date is available, I’ll always do my best to make it work.

Ever After By Emily offers a variety of planning and coordination services designed to meet you wherever you are in the planning process. Depending on your event and package, services may include event design, vendor coordination, planning assistance, timelines, décor setup, day-of coordination, and more. My goal is to create a planning experience that fits your needs rather than making you choose a one-size-fits-all option. 

Absolutely! Every celebration is different, and I believe your planning experience should be, too. My packages provide a starting point, but I’m happy to discuss your specific needs and create a service plan that makes sense for your event. Whether you need help with the entire planning process or just a few specific pieces, we can find an option that works for you. 

Pricing varies depending on the type of event, guest count, services needed, location, and level of planning assistance. Ever After By Emily offers several packages and options to accommodate different event needs and budgets. After learning more about your celebration, I’ll provide you with a personalized proposal outlining the services and investment for your event. 

Once you submit an inquiry, I’ll review your event details and reach out to you to learn more about your celebration. From there, we’ll have an opportunity to talk through your vision, needs, and what you’re looking for from an event planner. If we’re a good fit, I’ll put together the next steps and a personalized proposal for you. My goal is for the process to feel simple, exciting, and never overwhelming. 

Yes. A signed contract and retainer are required to officially secure your event date. Your contract will outline the services being provided, payment schedule, policies, and other important details so that we both have a clear understanding of what to expect. Your date is not officially reserved until the required paperwork and retainer have been received. 

Yes! Depending on the package or services you choose, I can assist with event styling, décor planning, setup, and other details that help bring your vision together. Whether you already have a specific look in mind or need help figuring out how to pull everything together, I love creating those little details that make an event feel special and uniquely yours. 

Absolutely! You do not have to start from scratch when you work with Ever After By Emily. If you’ve already found vendors you love, I’m happy to work alongside them and help coordinate the details. I can also help you identify additional vendors when needed and make sure everyone is working from the same timeline and event plan. 

That’s where having an event planner or coordinator can make all the difference! My job is to handle the behind-the-scenes details so you can stay present and enjoy your celebration. If an unexpected issue comes up, I’ll assess the situation, communicate with the appropriate vendors or people, and work toward a solution as calmly and efficiently as possible. While I can’t promise that every event will go perfectly, I can promise to be prepared, attentive, and ready to help when the unexpected happens.
